Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Archetype Kulture Coffee Roasters LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia, United States. You can reach us at info@akroasters.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment and send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example if a coffee sells out between your order and the roast, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Coffee is roasted to order. Your order joins the next roast rather than shipping from stock, and leaves the roastery within 48 hours of coming off the drum.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Shipping, cancellation, and refunds

These are set out in full on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Accuracy

We describe our coffee as accurately as we can, including roast profile, origin, and tasting notes. Tasting notes are a description of what we taste, not a guarantee of what you will taste. Coffee is an agricultural product and varies between harvests.

The playlists

Playlists linked from our bags and site are hosted by Apple Music and are subject to their terms, not ours. We do not own the music and access to it depends on your own subscription with them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
