Small batches, on purpose
We roast weekly and in small volume. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for an order, which is why bags ship within 48 hours of coming off the drum. Coffee is at its best in the first few weeks after roasting, and the whole operation is built around getting it to you inside that window rather than around holding stock.
Whole bean, every bag
Everything ships as 12 ounce whole bean. Grinding is where most of the aroma escapes, so we leave that to you and the method you actually brew with.
Cupped against the records
Every profile gets cupped against the music it was built around. 808 Espresso was cupped to boom bap and finishes low and steady. Lady Soul was cupped to classic soul and runs sweet and long. The playlist that wins goes in the bag on a card you can scan, so the music is not a marketing layer on top of the coffee, it is part of how the coffee was chosen.
